Mike currently serves as the Choir Director at the Digital Arts & Technology Academy at Adams Middle School in Grand Prairie, Texas. He's a dedicated teacher who strives to build positive relationships with his students through music. Last year his program earned a Sweepstakes Award at UIL Concert & Sightreading Contest. It was the first time the Adams Choir had been awarded six straight Superior ratings in at least 15 years. As amazing as that was, he takes the most pride in the connections he has forged with the kids in his classes and seeing how they've grown as musicians and people.
